Just came back from work, so exhausted :thud:

i'm tired too, long work day yesterday. we're working extra because a lot of our gov't workers are idled, and we are forced to pick up the slack. ugh.

i wish there were some easy answer on my bosses/bad management, but it's the old entrenched management issue, similar to when you have career politicians who never get voted out of office. how do they stay there so long?! :shrug: complacency and apathy on the part of voters, i suppose. the only way things get fixed at my job, would be for all the workers to quit in a show of solidarity. yeah, like that would happen. smh.

i'm doing okay, i suppose. 2019 is starting a bit off. how is everyone?

I hate when people are able to stay in their jobs because of complacency and seniority even if they're not good at their jobs and aren't good for the company.

This weekend would have been better if not for the snow. :lol:

it has rained all day, still raining now. there was scattered snow at times, but it melted instantly in all the rain. it's been quite cold lately, but really the ground never got cold enough, too close to the ocean and the warm/cold breezes. i'm only about 4 miles from the Atlantic Ocean, so for snow to actually lay on the ground, it's gotta be damn cold! :cold: not yet!

It snowed where I am, but only a few inches. It's supposed to snowstorm this weekend. :thud:

i came home late yesterday, blasted tired, ate, then i woke up. lol. :eek:
