is it just me, or does Diana really polish up her costume/armor whenever she is with Steve in WW and WW84, and it has that faded/battleworn look when she is alone in BvS and JL? does her costume reflect her mood or mindset in phases of her existence and life? it's almost like she is inwardly happy and comfortable in her relationship phase with Steve and her armor is bright and lustrous, and when he is gone (Steve being the love of her life and vice versa) her faded armor reveals her grieving and more cynical approach to the world of men, over the course of her life since leaving Themyscira.

i'm a dude in the world that stupid men nuclearified and wrecked nature, and damn right i'm cynical. i'm with ya, Diana!

no visible differences, just brighter colors and more polished in WW and WW84 set pics, while the armor appears darker faded and battleworn in BvS and at times in JL. the armor looks brighter in JL when she's talking to Bruce, and wearing the red cape/shawl, and when she beats up Steppenwolf, otherwise it looks faded much of the film. i kinda wonder sometimes if her armor reflects her mindset and mood...? nothing like that in the comics tbh, i looked it up.
