yes, i saw the movie Saturday night, two thumbs up! i really want to see it again, but no time this week, tbh, because of Thanksgiving holiday. maybe on the weekend.
i have a question for you guys, if you have seen JL. non-spoiler question. did the version you saw overseas, have Diana's sliding spin-kick to the badguy in the first fight scene, in it, because it is cut from the film here in the USA. i saw somewhere on facebook, that overseas viewers were saying that there were at least two different theater cuts shown on Wednesday and Thursday advance screenings in select overseas markets, and that Friday night and after, all markets screened the same shorter cut. how true this is, i do not know. the film i saw at AMC24 had the sliding spin-kick cut, as well as several other moments from the trailers. if you have seen it overseas or here in the states, was that scene missing? jw |

Nope, it was cut off
 !!But I think sometimes, there are different scenes in the trailers. Maybe it was supposed to go only for the trailer  __________________

it really irks me that they edited that spin-kick out, because her fighting-skills and battle prowess are a huge part of who she is, the juxtaposition of the Fighter and the Peacemaker, is so much of her mystique as a demi-goddess and princess of the Amazons. i did love the huge look to Diana as she held that baddie in her lasso, and made him tell the truth, she really looked like a supreme goddess gracing us mortals with her presence and skills!

Yes, I don't know. Maybe Snider doesn't pay that much attention when it comes to specific character movements or I cannot explain what reason made him to cut that off.
I'm happy we have Diana back on the big screen! Such a goddess indeed.   x __________________
