If you haven't already binge-watched, or at least caught some of the controversy that surrounded Netflix TV series 13 Reasons Why you must've been living under a large rock. Or had limited internet access. Or both. Based on the 2007 novel by Jay Asher, the series was an instant success when it debuted in March this year, subsequently propelling the previously unknown star of the show, Katherine Langford, into the spotlight.

The 21-year-old Perth-born beauty opened up to BAZAAR's Eugenie Kelly about what her fast-track to fame for the September 2017 issue of Harper's BAZAAR Australia, squeezing a day of shooting with photographer Pierre Toussant and BAZAAR fashion director Naomi Smith into her jam-packed schedule during a short trip to Sydney.

With an upcoming film co-starring Jennifer Garner in the works, a ~casual~ 6.8M Instagram followers, and a guaranteed 13 Reason's Why return for season two (via flashbacks) locked in for 2018, Langford's star is only going to get brighter.
