There hasn't been much of Cisco this season from what I've seen in the fast forward motion. lol

She's barely on screen though... I truly believe the writers have no clue how to write her.

^ Clearly... and I guess they didn't feel pressure... whereas with this version of Killer Frost, they sort of feel like they NEEDED to do it so they came up short...
