Probably the robber of ATM's scenes, that's definitely one of my all time favourite lines from the Arrowverse.

^ Definitely my favorite quote of Captain Cold's!

My favorite scene was when he met his younger self because that shows how much pain Leonard was still holding about his past. He just wanted to have to good happy family and grow up so much different than he grew up. It's why he became a legend because he didn't want to forever be a bank robber nobody.
