Motivation has been last 2 days

Did do a check-up appointment with my welfare worker yesterday and got a new disability application package from her

Also did the phone-calls about doctor appointments needed to do to get things moving

Not really

Yesterday was in a "mood" and wasn't really much in a posting mood this morning failed to get anything done than took a 3-4 hour nap this evening getting "little" posting where hopefully get a start tomorrow first thing

Had a bit of insomnia of taking a bit to fall asleep last night but think slept 3am-11am so still got sleep

Slept for an hour and now my stomach doesn't seem to like me hope it settles down
