I have definitely been on this early before, it's just been months. lol
I had time to get on early before I got out today so I hurried and got in as many posts as I could before I returned at my normal late afternoon hours. lol

Well finally got a good chunk of sleep it's weird that isn't the melatonin that is doing the job. But a different not sleeping pill but it's been shown to work so see how messed up tomorrow goes considering probably be up all night but 2 doctor appointments

Time to see how this goes got my hospital appointment in 11 hours - just slept 10 hours. So really hope the psychiatrists or my family doctor who got an appointment with at 2pm can help me with the insomnia

Otherwise may have to relay on Gravol which is an upset stomach officially pill but its been twice now that I've been able to sleep from it. So guess the "myth" that it can be used for a sleeping pill is true

So let's see how the journey of trying to stay up for 24 hours goes in order to try to stay up until 9pm or 10pm Wednesday night in order to shock my body back into evening sleep

Well hospital doctor add an additional medication that should help with the insomnia

Well didn't nap at all even if its just past 8pm and heading to bed I'll figure a sleep routine after my body stops sleeping like 12 hours daily

Well between first 2 days got 24 hours out of 48 hours of sleep so slept half the time

Though last 2 nights been more like 8 hours between the last 48 hours
