Sometimes I buy Zzzquil. But I'm careful with the stuff. I don't take it if I have to be up within 6 hours or less.

I'll look into it but it's just Gravol which isn't presubripted or anything can get it like you would get Advil etc

This first attempt has failed gonna try again in the morning even if it's day sleeping with attempted night sleepingbtomorrow

Melatonin is also over the counter and you can purchase it without a prescription.

I did a little research on Gravol and it isn't a sleep aid apparently.

Gravol is intended as a drug to treat nausea, not as a sedative. It is generally a good idea to use drugs only for their label use. There are a number of less habit forming sleep aids available on the market right now that would likely be more effective than using Gravol.

Well its helped unless my body is doing it on its own both times yesterday taking it worked even if it was about 6-7 hours but slept from 6am-3pm off|on than from approximately 10pm-530

So see how tonight goes without anything

I'm devastated from the news of Chester from Linkin Park. Even though I haven't really listened to any new music from them the last few years I still consider them one of my favorite bands. And Chester was my favorite.

Well my psych diagnosis related to what I've been waiting on is Wednesday

I think it'll be good no matter what affiliated to a full true diagnosis - find out exactly what is going on and what I can do furthermore

I'm just shocked that its 2 months since referral was put in affiliated 5 weeks to get any contact

I had the biggest crush on him as a teen.

I've noticed that suicide and even drug and alcohol abuse is very common in rock genre.
