I don't think the paps are gonna rest. They will still be followed around but at least they're not gonna do official royal duties anymore and would (hopefully) be less in-front of the camera.

and perhaps less discredited in the media for those appereances they won't be doing anymore
though I do feel like they want to set up all kinds of charities, though that does involve pubic events too
