I'm good, just super busy. Having family in town means going out everyday.

Has anyone tried the Keto diet? I've been trying to diet and exercise more but I'm wondering if the keto diet is really good and works. I think my mom tried it for a little bit, but idk how well it works.

^ I've never tried it so I wouldn't know if it actually works or not, don't know much about it either other than it's a popular diet

I've been doing keto for 2 yrs! It's a lifestyle diet for me. I've lost 70lbs and kept it off! Still losing to this day too. My mom, aunt, and sister do it as well. I love it!
