It's totally up too you, if your watching for Denny then I'd say watch, but it's literally only 30 seconds. Izzie gets off an elevator and says "told you I'd show you the dress." And Denny jut smiles and they walk arm and arm off into the distance. So it's up to you. If you don't mind the main storyline of the show, then watching would be totally fine. But it's not very long Denny wise.
