I've never been in that spot where I disliked parts of myself. I've always been somewhat confident. Of course I have my own stuff that I don't much prefer compared to most but don't we all. It's just a case of embracing who and what you are

I had an eating disorder when I was a teenager and even now, 15 years later, food is still something I struggle to have a healthy relationship with. I'm weighing more than I've ever did and it's hard to embrace that, especially in my field (I'm an actress) where I'm constantly being labeled by my size. I can't even put into words how amazing it is to see someone like Eliza who's constantly reinforcing to girls that how they look like does not define their character or worth. It's something so simple but it cannot possibly be said enough, given how much pressure we're put on all the time to look and act a certain way. I'm so glad that young girls these days have people like Eliza to look up to.

Eliza isn't the 'stick thin' women we tend to see on tv these days...like these awful models who have to be under like 6/7 stone to be able to compete in that business. Makes me sick really
