Yeah, they do mention he doesn't age as fast. Because 12 years ago when Kara arrived on Earth, he was already Superman. So while he looks barely 30, he's not as young as he looks.

Which is why WHEN they cast Lois, I want her to be older since that's more realistic and she doesn't have the excuse.

I have no idea.

She'd probably be mid-late 30s? If Kara is around 24 ish and Clark is +12. Not sure they would get an actress for that because this show, but a brunette in her 30s, for sure. Time to go picture hunting!

I often find that casting agencies know what I want a lot more than I ever knew so if it happens, I trust them to do it justice.
