Sassy!Derek was a lot lighter and it was the first steps towards happiness, and that's my fave Derek. :sigh:

Yeah, when he showed the sass, he was a little more "himself." He tries to hide his everything, but the sass is just Derek. Sometimes it seeps through the pain.

It was the first glimpse and I kept hoping we'd get more of it. :(

See?! Derek was so fun when he was lighter and interacting with the girls, it's adorable.

In time, he'd just absorb them all into his pack and all would be well.
