i loved seeing bob and how joyce still misses him so much. has much as i ship jopper i do love bob with her too

Bob was fun. It's nice to see that she's grieving over him. Most shows will just gloss over a minor character like that. But I would like to see her come around to Hopper.

And I know Hopper's being a protective parent, but he needs to trust El and Mike alone. He's not going to take advantage of her.

yeah, Hopper went over the line a little bit, I know he's lost a daughter already and is very protective of El but threatening Mike like that was a bit too harsh

yes i agree he did go overboard. but this is all new to him too. he has to learn to chill on some things. hopefully joyce will give him more parenting advice

it kinda sucks because they had such an emotional scene after El returned in s2, and he said he was sorry he kept her from him and then this happens...felt kinda ooc

Yes, I appreciate both her relationships. To me, Bob was that great tragic lost love, whereas Jim was the close friend with an unrequited crush. But I also know Jopper has a huge, loyal fanbase so I wouldn't be surprised to see it going further.

Guys, I actually understood Hopper's reaction to El/Mike Remember, he's lost a daughter in the past, so he can't bear the thought of losing another one... And it's not that he doesn't trust Mike, but I think Jim believes that the thought of her getting close to anyone could be dangerous for her.

yeah bob was the tragic lost love, but i see jopper as endgame. right now he is just the friend that will get her through this crazy time

Quick question , I know it just started … yes I finished 8 ep from mid afternoon to very late night ! Will the board start adding ep 2-8 soon .
First ep we kinda see where everyone is . Any scenes with Billy as a lifeguard is fun to watch ! 11 is now El or just L her living with hopper is cool , her and Finn make a cute teenage Romance
New mall thus downtown is dead … good way to start the season with small hints of what’s to come
