I found Steve to be really annoying at first and I was a bit annoyed at Nancy too for staying with him. But towards the end, that all changed of course.

I agree. I'm so glad they created depth in both characters throughout the rest of the episodes. If they continued down the typical teen show relationship drama road, it would have been very boring!

I heard that he won't be in S2? Is that true? I'd be a bit disappointed if that's the case.

Hope that's just a made up rumour. Would be weird if they didn't bring him back after how much effort they put into making him likeable, esp. in the last episodes.
