In different circumstances, I think Jonathan would have resisted ever making a move without knowing how Nancy felt.

But when she hesitates as Murray asks her if she loves Steve, I think it becomes clear to Jonathan that her heart really does lie with him.

Fred and Gunn dated for a long time

They got together in the ballet episode of Season 3 and didn't break up until about episode 14 of Season 4.

I liked her with both Gunn and Wesley

She and Wes definitely had more of the tragic/soulmates thing going on.
