Charlie and Natalia are providing much more quality content in their personal lives than the Stranger Things marketing department for Jancy ever will.

This is the one thing ST marketing got right recently, because their presence on the poster is basically miniscule:

The poster heavily hints that it still will be on them

and I wouldn't mind, if it wasn't for the fact that they're treating the Steve/Dustin friendship as if it's somehow more important than Jonathan and Nancy's story-arc

well, that is mostly for fun. they're just two goofs while Jonathan and Nancy have a real mature relationship

I just wish that promo was more balanced. It feels like they're trying to faze out the Byers and just focus on the kids' group messing around together with Steve as the bonus fun Uncle figure.

I don't mind that in certain doses

but being faced with it every day is a little too much. They barely promote Jancy anymore and their presence on the poster was miniscule.

This idea in the fandom that Jancy isn't as loved as Steve is totally inaccurate. Not all of us want the silliness; some of us want the journalism storyline

it is hard to find the balance

but I have high hopes for this season. they seem to be with the kids in most stills and lots of scenes we've seen in the trailer. they barely interacted with the kids before. I'm really hoping for example that Nancy will have a good talk with Eleven.

I know promos are important but I'm much more happy if the end product is what I want it to be even if it hadn't seemed like that in the commercials and all that
