My sleep schedule has been out of whack for weeks. I'm either sleeping too much or not enough. I don't know how to fix it.

I had a terrible time getting to sleep last night. I was miserable. I did finally fall asleep but I was restless off on for the little bit of sleep that I did get.

I think I got some sort of stomach bug or something. my mom thinks it could be cuz I had to change my diet recently and this is my stomach's way of adjusting to it. but the last two days my stomach has been so upset.
