Well, things aren't perfect yet, but it's getting there. I'm managing to sleep four to five hours and waking up at 8AM, which is better than staying up all night and sleeping all day. =)

I had a terrible night last night. I was all congested due to my sinuses, and ended up coughing most of the night. I took some cough med which helped some. but it took me forever to fall back to sleep again. then I was kinda restless after that.

im not sick. its just allergies. I always seem to have bad sinuses issues but in the fall it seems to get worse to due to allergies.

uh last night I had the worst night ever. there is construction going on the road behind me and they usually work at night when nobody is driving cuz its a fairly busy road. well I dont know what they were doing but this time they were super load between 1-3am. so load it ended up giving me a migraine that kept me awake the rest of the night. finally went away around 7am. then I had to get up about an hour later to go for a mammogram appt. which is just as painful not a good night/morning at all for me.

not really. I mean I slept ok. but I was just really cold during the night. so I kept waking up to pull more blankets on me. during the day its nice and at night its freezing. such crazy weather here.

I have been awake since 3am. couldn't get comfy at all. I had a dog up my butt all night so it was hard to get situated with him there. I kept trying to move him but he kept crawling back up next to me. he likes being as close to you as he can possibly get. and he radiates so much heat when he is next to you. (he is only 25lbs but he seems so much bigger when he is next to you). he stayed with me till about 7:30am. then finally left. I stayed in bed for about another hour before getting up for breakfast. then I ended up getting a migraine so I then went back to bed. but I couldn't sleep I just laid there for a while trying to get rid of it but the damn dog kept coming back he is great at opening doors but not closing them. so finally I threw him out and locked the door but then he started barking to come in. I just cant catch a break. it was close to 4pm before my migraine finally went away.
