^ It did affect it. My mom didn't hear me when I told her that I wanted one cup, so she made me two cups. I made the mistake of drinking the second cup at 10PM.

I know that, but I couldn't help it. It was just sitting there, and my mom went to all that trouble. Plus since my mom already has a lot of trouble sleeping, I took that bullet for her.

I won't make that mistake again though. A sleep schedule that is this out of order is not good for me.

yea you really shouldn't have any caffeine past like 6pm according to my doctor. cuz thats how long it takes to leave your system for you to calm down and relax enough to go to bed later.

^ That does make sense. I'm going to limit my caffeine consumption from now on. Hopefully it will help correct my sleep schedule.
