It truly is .
At least, today is my day off and it´s sunny. I even went out wearing a shirt.

I have a birthday party next Saturday but Sunday i´m planning on going to the town celebrations. I just hope the weather stays like this until then.

yeah it was nice

tonight we went to see my niece play in her 5th grade band concert at school. she plays the trumpet. they sounded great. they played some songs then they sang some songs for chorus part. she was excited for me to hear one of the songs cuz they did a song from one of my favorite musicals. they actually did songs from a few musicals but the one she knew i liked the best was from the newsies

I had to change my plans so, we will go to the town celebrations tomorrow.
My cousin wasn´t feeling so good and tbh, i didn´t slept so well either.

It really sucks to wake up in the middle of the night...for no reason...and not be able to go to sleep again.

oh i know that feeling all to well. i sleep terrible all the time. unfortunately. i have no idea why. ive eve tried sleeping pills to help me through the night but they didnt work either.

I never tried sleeping pils tbh. The only pills that get got me sleepy many times were the ones i took during colds. I usually try to watch tv or read something. But it didn't work this time .

maybe listening to music down low? or a warm bath before bed? i hear that helps sometimes too

It depends of what you decide to watch .
If i start watching an interesting movie or show, i will watch until the end because i don´t like to watch things in half. But if it´s something boring, it works .

A warm bath relaxes me but not to the point of bring any sleep. Same with music, it makes me stay awake even more. What usually works it´s exercising but i don´t do it regulary.

One time i tried one of those videos of relaxing sounds like rain, wind, waterfalls. They are great to fall asleep too .
