Best sister/brother pairing ever! It is also unique. Because they are different but they love each other. I am also interested how their relationship fits in. Probably unfortunately strained because he's adopted.

Probably, Randall did have a picture of all three of them if I remember correctly but maybe they're just not as close as Kevin and Kate are.

I think that in pilot, we shouldn't know that they are brother/sister including that they haven't say about their parents since we know that they are going to have tripet, but I think that since we all know that their parent did adopt him so that way next episode, they will talk more of them..
