I love that Justin's portrayal of Green Arrow was a little more charming, I stopped watching Arrow but Stephen's version was much darker/more serious.

Yeah, I agree.. I feel like they dunno where to go w/ Arrow bec from I read that they change everything since most fans stop watching from 2nd or 3rd seasons...
