Their flashback scenes are great

I've said it before, but I'm actually glad Jack turns out to have died. I hope this means that we get to see a lot more of their relationship

I think that's going to be the mystery now. Not is he dead or alive but how and when does he die. However, according to the creator, Dan Fogleman, this may not be revealed right away. In fact he suggested it may not even be explored more until season 2 - he seemed pretty confident that it would now be renewed, even though its not official yet.

Another mystery is what happened to Miguel's wife and jids. He seemed alone in episode 2, so I'm thinking he go divorced?

Really, really loved Jack and Rebecca in this episode. They seemed to go through everything in this episode!
