Yeah, Europe gets 3 new slots, the biggest winners are Africa who are going to get 4 more slots iirc and Oceania is going to get an automatic slot.
The biggest football markets atm are Europe, South America and Africa. India and China have huge populations but I don't think the sport is very popular over there. __________________

Yeah I edited my post to mention Europe gets 3. It’s not proportional at all but I don’t think expanding is a good idea to begin with.
You are right about Oceania so the one who actually gets an automatic ticket is New Zealand. __________________
