| Extreme Fan  | Elite Xc tonight on CBS saw the Great internet sensation Kimbo Slice ,was to fight Ken Shamrock.but Shamrock received a cut above his eye the day of fight while warming up so he was replaced . this is what happen includes full Elite XC CBS results Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online -- WWE, TNA, UFC and International Wrestling and MMA Headlines - Elite XC on CBS match-by-match coverage Kimbo vs. Seth Petruzelli is next. Realistically, Petruzelli is going to be a tougher match than Shamrock would have. Fans booed Petruzelli. Kimbo got a big reaction, but nothing compared to Le, Liddell,Shamrock, St. Pierre, Griffin, etc. on UFC and Strikeforce shows. There is a Tyson feelto Kimbo as he came out, Kimbo threw a haymaker and slipped, may have caught a jab, and Petruzelli just beat the **** out of him in 14 seconds. It was like Kimbo became Ken Shamrock. Kimbo tried to bodyslam the ref for stopping it. What an end to a crazy night. Elite Xc,if this network special tanks in the ratings, is about to go under. They are bleeding money. Showtime Network has officially sent in all the legal papers to take over ownership. Dana White CEO of UFC must be dancing in his office ,he wants UFC to be the only major MMA group. | Absolute Fan | Where are all da UFC fans around here? The only thing I don't understand about the UFC, is why their PPV's cost $45? I caught UFC 88 last month & it was scary when Chuck Liddell got knocked out, but thankfully he was all right. If you haven't been keeping up, this Saturday at UFC 90 there was a scheduled fight between Thales Leites & Goan Reljuc, but Reljic got injured & Drew McFedries is chosen for his replacement. Also, Diego Sanchez got injured while training & had to pull out. Josh Koscheck will replace him against Thiago Alves. | |||
