I just found this nice video where Rafa is practising and joking around with a little boy (one of his nephews?). At about 02:43, they leave the court and pass Fed's entourage; Rafa politely shakes everyone's hand (of course! ) and then, as they're at the gate of the courts, Rafa orders the little boy to go back to shake Fed's hand, and the kid looks so happy! So cute.

Hey, I'm probably heavier than her, I was just saying that as a tennis player I don't think she needs to be so "heavy" and she wasn't always like that so also, this wasn't said out of hate for Serena or anything.

Thats a cute vid, he seems really relaxed and just playful. I dont know why he always used to come across as too serious to me. I'm so glad my minds been changed about him and i've seen how wrong i was. Its nice to have a new tennis player to support, but i just dont know who i'm rooting for tomorrow.

Well done to Laura Roberts winnning wimbledon juiniors, Britain have a champion this year, woo! lol. The two giels faces when they walked out and saw a packed out court one was a pictue, they weren't expecting people to be there and for it to be live on BBC1 with millions watching. Laura had a great game and her crush on Saffin is so cute. She's a marketing dream aswell, a pretty girl with such a funny personality. I think a media star has just been born, something tells me the brit papers tomorrow morning are gonna have her face plastered all over them and not Venus.

I'm so glad Venus won, Serena irritates the hell outta me.

Yes lol, she was playing during the mens games yesterday and when she finished she asked the reporter how the guys did and when they told her safin lost she said 'oh well maybe i'll lask him to the champions ball to console him' (she's 14! lol) and the reporter laughed and said i dont think your parents will approve of that. Then after her becoming the champion today, during the interview after they said 'i heard you have a letter off Safin' and she said 'I have it memorised (lol, so sweet) his agent gave it to me and it sais 'sorry i cant make it to the ball but good luck today, love Safin.' Lol and then she admitted he's probably too old for her. lol

Oh, sorry, missed that. But yeah, him and his entourage were very relaxed. The boy is a supercutie btw.

ETA - I think a lot of people see him as a stern person because of his intensity and seriousness on court. But off court he's pretty much the opposite I've learned from many, many interviews and vids like that.

She does have a lot of confidence and personality, but not in the STFU you silly little girl kind of way, she's just funny.

Oh me too, and the commentators were talking about it through her final set, teasing that they bet Safin regrets turning down a champion now and everything.

Heres the short interview here Laura's letter from Safin.

I feel the opposite things I did before the RG final. Then I was like, whatev Rafa in four. Now I'm more like 'oh noz! Scared!'. Really this will be such a nailbiter for me.
