I'm not surprised people are calling him that They always find something wrong with him. Now they take issue with the jacket he wore at the end there, with the 15 on it. Yeah, like it was entirely his idea to slip that on. Nike, who he has a deal with had NO idea about that jacket

Even as he carves his way into the history books, people are still finding fault with it. For example..People are saying he didnt deserve to win today. You know what? These are the same people that if Fed had walked over Roddick 6-1, 6-1, 6-1 or something would have said that he didnt deserve to win, cause Pandy was a mickey mouse opponent. If anyone else won after such a long match they'd be saying what a warrior he was, that he stuck with it till the end. But because its Roger, its somehow undeserved.

Well guess what? Roger was ahead in pretty much all stats today. Was it the best we've seen him? No. Does that mean Andy deserved it more, because it was one of Andy's better performances? No. Because an outstanding champion has the ability to win when not always being able to play the very best they are capable of..and we saw that from Roger. By his standards, his strokes today werent all that great. But he found a way.

Oh..and dont get me started on people making a big deal of the fact that IF Andy Roddick had been able to win the 2nd set tiebreak, the match outcome could have been different. Well IF Federer had been able to convert one of the FOUR breakpoints he had during ONE GAME at an early Stage in the match he most likely would have won the first set. So there ya go. Just goes to show you can play the "what-if" scenarios both ways..and its a never ending pointless circle.

So..Im done with my mini-rant Back to celebrating..Woooo!

Tiger Woods gets on major roll ahead of British Open at AT&T National

Quote:
Tiger Woods was on the practice range Sunday when he found out his buddy Roger Federer had finally held off Andy Roddick to win Wimbledon. The thumbs started pounding out the text immediately.

"Great job. Now it's my turn," was the message.

"Not the 15," he clarified. "I meant today."
Quote:
Woods hardly ever loses tournaments from in front. This makes him 46-3 after he's had at least a share of the 54-hole lead. Of course, that includes a 14-0 record in majors. Maybe Federer will be texting him back in a couple of weeks.

"He won the French (Open) and I won Memorial, so it was kind of, 'Let's do it on the same day, let's do it again today. That would be nice,'" Woods said. "His are a hell of a lot bigger than mine, though. He won two Slams and I won two Tour events. Hopefully I can get the majors now."

Haha. I just adore it. And the cute ponytail and all.

Talking about hair stylings.

OMG I love this guy! I watched the tennis match live and was sooo scared Roddick would pull off the win, especially since he had break point in set five but somehow Roger pulled it off

Back to number 1, broke Sampras' record and hes gonna take US open

Can I be added to the list?
