NFL Pick the Winners Week 6: Deadline Sunday, October 18th @ 1:00 PM EST
Welcome to the 21st season of the NFL "Pick the Winners" game here at the sports board! For those who have played this game before, you know how the drill goes. If you are new to the game it's pretty simple. During each week of the season, there will be a thread posted with that week's slate of games. It is your job to pick the winner of each match-up and place a point value on it. This week there are 16 games on the schedule. You would allocate your points from the game you are most confident in (16 pts.) to the game you view as a toss up (1 pt.) * You may not place the same point value on more than 1 game. It should be decreasing value from 16 to 1.*
At the conclusion of each week, we who add up the total points, and crown a "Pick The Winners" champion. Over the course of the season, we will keep a list of the weekly champions & a running points total &/or most weekly championships will be crowned the season winner. Sounds pretty simple right? So join in! If you have any questions feel free to ask them here. Remember you must have your picks in by the posted deadline listed, so make sure to double-check to make sure you are correct before then. Also, once the deadline passes, your picks are locked in. Really important to get picks in before the deadline each week the entire season, as the NFL expanded the Thursday Night schedule to almost the entire season. If you miss Thursday's deadline or double pick the same game, only that pick will not count. Again, double-check your picks to make sure that you have all the teams you want to pick & the numbers 1 to 16. Interesting. I gotta believe that the Giants won't lose to Washington after that tough loss to Dallas 6 days ago. Plus Washington's brutal current QB situation. If the N.Y. Giants lose tomorrow, they might as well just go play in a different league. Kidding.

Patriots lack of practice due to COVID19 and hurt players screwed them up today. Was not shocked seeing them lose to Denver.
All I can hope for is a Buffalo loss tomorrow and a Miami loss today. |
Dolphins one easily and Buffalo plays Monday. Yes Patriots first loss when not allowing a touchdown
|
I picked the Rams, Patriots, & Vikings to win today.
|
49ers win !!
|
Yep. After just losing to Miami. Wild. Let's go Bills!
|
I have Week 7 thread ready to go for tomorrow. Once the Chiefs/Bills and Cardinals/Cowboys games conclude.
Can someone do the final point tally? |
