I think this thread will be OK.
So apparently the schedule will be announced in the next few days. Each team will play 10 games against the other teams in its division, and 4 games against each team in the same geographic division in the other league. (E.g., the Braves will play 10 games against each NL East team, and 4 games against each AL East team.) __________________

I'm a Braves fan, and it's going to be interesting to see them play four each against the Yankees, Red Sox and Rays. The teams in the NL/AL East are going to be playing all of their games in the two toughest divisions; the only pushovers in those divisions are the Marlins and the Orioles. And even the Marlins could improve if some of their young players step up.

Players are supposed to begin reporting tomorrow. So far, I'm only aware of four players opting out for health reasons: Ryan Zimmerman, Mike Leake, Joe Ross, and Ian Desmond.

Well it's just past 2:00 A.M. here & doesn't feel like July 4th yet, plus there's not going to be any baseball games played today. At least in the minor leagues & M.L.B. I believe. I do plan to light some fireworks off after 10:00 P.M. here though. Anyway, have a good day all & night. Just hope for baseball games to be played soon.

it has felt strange not having any games played for the last 4 months now

Well there is 1. MLB & N.Y. Gov. Cuomo are trying to get the Blue Jays to have their "home" games this season played in Buffalo where Toronto has a minor league team. The Canadian government has banned the Toronto Blue Jays from playing in Canada, as it's not considered "safe" to travel back & forth between that country & the U.S. at this time, due to Covid-19's spread here in this country.
