Maria has pulled out of a scheduled exhibition match in Mexico due to a minor ankle injury. However the injury will not affect her plan to play in Rome. Plus Maria will still go to Mexico tomorrow to promote her self titled perfume. 2. Maria attended US Weekly Hot Hollywood Awards party in L.A. last night. | Elite Fan | Well our wait to see Maria back in action will be longer.  She pulled out of the tournament in Rome due to the same ankle injury that forced her to cancel her exhibition match in Mexico. Hopefully the injury will heal up so that she can play in the French Open. If not then i think she should shut it down until one of the grass court tournaments before Wimbledon.
