everyone needs to stay away from trevor and lamar and that is just plain and simple, honestly we have to resign both, teams are getting better, and losing any of them just means for us

Trish

yeah I never worried about Kobe, he kinda said it w/o saying that he wouldn't opt out

if lamar or trev signed with the cavs that would be backstabbing. i would have a huge grudge against them.

edit you guys got your wish. we'll prob keep lamar. but lose trevor. Sources: Trevor Ariza leaning toward leaving Los Angeles Lakers - ESPN

My wish is to keep them both, but if we only can keep one I would rather it be Lamar. I can't understand trevor going to cleveland rather than staying in LA if they are both offering the same, like I can't. I know that 'sources' could very well just be his agent trying to stir stuff but still. And speaking of his agent, he is driving me crazy. I know that agents pull shenanigans all the time it's their job or what not butt ultimately it's trevors decision.

I think his agent is talking alot of shhh frankly and I'm not pleased bc its gotten into Trevor's mind he can get more but then he's looking at other teams offering him the same and that's what leaves me confused.

I love them both, this is just

yeah I am not understanding why he would go to another team because he doesn't like that he is being offered the MLE from the lakers, but from the cavs then it's okay? Like that makes no sense to me at all, especially when your team just won a championship.

I am pretty sure his agent is just talking, I mean his agent is the same as drews and he was annoying during that as well.

But what I don't understand is if trevor really does think that the MLE is a slap in the face to him. Like I know he was huge for us this year, but it was one good year and I don't think that warrants the 8-9 million a year he is supposedly after, I am sorry but I don't. But if a team is going to overpay and give him that then I could understand him leaving. I can't for the same amount though. And this might all really is just his agent trying to get more out of the Lakers, ugh.

Already did my rant on Twitter. Everyone in this situation is an idiot. The Lakers can go up to 6 million a yr, Trevor and his dumb ass agent should accept that and not fool the Lakers and say it was a slap in the face when people are paying the same. Everyone here is an idiot.

the mid-level would be around $6 mill this year though wouldn't it, they'd prob go a little over but Trevor cannot be expecting 8-9 from us

honestly though, I don't even know if I can trust these sources that the espn guy has

yes, he was so annoying during Drew's, I think he should have gone w/ Kobe's

though right now I want to believe it's his agent making a huge thing out of it trying to attract attention

I think it would be. And I think the Lakers would negotiate up a little with him. But 8 or 9 mil, no.

yeah I am taking everything with a grain of salt right now, like so much of it is probably just his agent trying to make a hype out of it to see if they can get more out of the lakers. Because really some of the rumors from the sources are just getting crazy.

yeah I know agents are generally bad it's their job to get their clients the most they can, but David lee is especially annoying.

yeah I mean until trevor signs a contract, wherever it may be, I don't think I want to spend too much time focusing on what these sources are saying bc the whole taking the same amount somewhere else and leaving the team you just won a title with and have a chance of winning more just doesn't make sense to me, so I think I'm just gonna cool off

exactly until a contract is signed, or if trev actually vocalizes something himself then I am not going to take anything very seriously. I do not want to be going crazy, or crazier

Stopping in before bed to say my peace. This news is extremely disappointing, I tend to take it all with a grain of salt though b/c ESPN writers/sources say a whole lot of nothing most times. *remembers Ric Bucher's "Kobe will never play in a laker uniform again shiz a few seasons back"*.

However if there is some truth to this, and say perhaps Trevor moves on joining say the Cavs or whatever team for the same money, he fails plain and simple. My adoration for him would take a major hit, most likely become non existent.(Sorry that's just the way it is.I am a LAKER fan through and through, that's not negoitable.) What would be his reason in all honesty except vindictive motives....are you kidding me because the Lakers org "smacked" him in the face, yet he would willingly accept equal money from a foe team all the while burning the team that wanted him desperately(the Lakers) after two others dumped him w/o a second thought, and also he would be leaving the team that got you notarization/national coverage,a championship, and the chance to learn/grow, and make the money he is now coveting, give me a freaking break. I hate to say it, but maybe he should go. This is seemingly a case of a player over valuing their worth. No doubt he was great for us, but come on Trev, he's acting like he is all star caliber, it's just not the case, he is a excellent role player.

:/ end rant

I hope I'm wrong, if not it's quite sad.
