| I imagine it'd look something like this...  He looks like he's saying, "my bed now!" Like I said I'd definitely risk his wrath by doing something stupid so he could go all captain on me. But in all seriousness I really do think he's a great captain. The team has matured a lot in the last couple years but they've also relaxed a lot and had more fun. I remember watching them in prior World Cups and then this past Euro Cup and they were so much more bonded and giddy during the Euro Cup. Nothing against Raul I like him too but I think because there are so many young guys on the team you need a captain who is closer to their age to relax them but still be a role model to them. __________________ Si el pasado fue negro... | LOL I can't see him booting one of the guys off because they all seem so close and bonded that it would probably cause rifts and as a captain you can't have that. As a fan he'd probably have you booted out of the training complex as soon as you piss him off. lol BTW, I made a thread for the Spanish National Team because I couldn't find one. | I think he said in an interview he wants to be RM's president, didn't he? He really loves his team and the most important thing, he's a gentleman. I never heard him saying bad things about Barça. RM supporters should be proud. I think they are. Often they scream his name at Bernabéu, if I'm not wrong. I remember there was a CL game against Bayern that they couldn't stop screaming IKER, IKER. After he made a wonderful save. | |||

| He is very respectful of everyone and I do remember him saying wanting to be Real's president. I do remember going to a lot of games in which the fans just started going crazy chanting his name and chanting San Iker. It's funny since he doesn't like the nickname. LOL Right now he's in Mali with the charity Plan. He's spending time with the children and playing football with them like he did last year in Peru.   __________________ Si el pasado fue negro... | I think they were only screaming Iker, Iker, Ikeeeer during this specific match against Bayern. It was very cool. I understand him not liking the nickname. It shows how humble he is. But he's probably the best goalkeeper around nowadays. Maybe Iker and Júlio César. Cute pictures. It's nice when he does those charity stuff. And the hands. Huge.  | |||
