The draws have been made, and the groupings are as follow:

Group A
Portugal
Greece
Spain
Russia

Group B
France
England
Switzerland
Croatia

Group C
Sweden
Bulgaria
Denmark
Italy

Group D
Czech Republic
Latvia
Germany
Holland

I'm quite happy with the draw Thank goodness Italy didn't get France in the same group (as before ) And the Czech gets another chance to face the Netherlands yet again

And here's the official ball for Euro 2004 from Addidas: Roteiro

Sorry to hear Juve lost

I saw the draw results on BBC in the afternoon and my reaction was pretty much: *****. Ok, not that, more like perkele and some other swear words of choice, but you get the idea.

Spain and Russia in the same group? And Figo's Portugal too? Dammit. And yeah, I don't like it that Italy got what looks like too damn easy a group .

Football doesn't exist, right? I can't stand we lost to Inter. *sigh*. Think about me tomorrow, when every Inter "friend" of mine will say me something "nice" .

S - I've seen that Cannavaro's goal and it was amazing . Thank you so much for the baby-game
Yesterday we deserved to lost

Yes, it's easy, apart from Denmark which's a team I like (since I knew the story of Euro1992). Bulgaria and Sweden don't make me really worried.
Pretty new stadiums Portugal has .

Heh, I don't think I'd care much about Italy's group if Spain's didn't suck so much Three teams I like and the fourth is one that gave Spain a hard time in qualifying - not exactly ideal, you know *G*

Have to admit I've been thinking about movies and books a lot more these past few days than football . The NZ premiere of ROTK is only hours away though, so I guess it's not that odd. Why can't it be the bloody 17th already! . I guess the only positive thing is that I have time to read the books again, but I already finished FOTR last night (got my nose stuck in the book and finished at cc half past 3 AM ..). Was rather odd waking up a bit after noon and notice there's only three or so hours of daylight and then it's dark again...

Not long after the draw, two matches have been placed at different venue, for security reasons.

Well, I don't know how Benfica fans would take this because this now means that England play TWICE at the new Luz stadium in the first round.

I too was surprised by the Inter-Juve result. Good bouncing back from Inter, though. But I was cheering for Juve.

The Euro 04 groups...yeah, Italy's does look pretty easy. France and England together... group D looks quite hard also.

Now EPL talk Chelsea are now top - bloody Arsenal couldn't beat Fulham at home (why oh why was Van Der Sar so good )....gotta hand it to the Blues, they've beaten the Champions.

Chelsea on top? Wow - I still can't quite believe they'll stay there though..

S I cleaned up teelle.net and accidentally wiped out the banner too . I thought I had in on my HD too, but apparently not . Do you have it on your server?

Any title ideas?

I knew you were gonna say something like that :-\

Heh, Group C may look rather easy, but... never underestimate the Danes

G, I feel your pain. I really do...
Anyway, I'm looking forward to the Gala game, though we're playing with our second string players.

Btw, I was watching Chelsea vs Manu the other day, and I thought the game was exciting from start to end unlike what the score suggested And Chelsea is now on top, thanks to Var der Sar for keeping Arsenal goalless against Fulham

On the other hand, Liverpool won Birmingham 3-1 [ / ] Miklu with the lone goal of Birmigham. Gerrard then equalised from a pen, Kewell made it 2-1 after 70 minutes and Heskey scored a beautiful goal 10 minutes from time

Thanks darling

I'm not too heartbroken about it - it was good to hear Miklu scored though . I don't exactly care about Birmingham otherwise..
