You're welcome.
I hope so too. On the men's side there is no one competing who has the World Championship before. __________________

It definitely. We'll have a first time World Champion on the men's side.
We can add Evgenia Mededeva to the list of skaters who have withdrawn from the World Champions this year. All of the defending champions aren't competing this year. __________________

Yeah I just saw that yesterday. Not surprising there are so many people withdrawing right after the Olympics.

Definitely. The Olympics were so emotionally exhausting I can't blame people for skipping it.

I bet it's hard on the body. So much time practicing.
I saw of the ladies short. __________________

I watched most of the ladies short and the pairs short yesterday. Carolina Kostner was so great last night, she scored a 80.27 which is a career best for her. Also Aliona and Bruno scored over an 80 for the first time ever.
I just watched the men's short program and I was surprised by the scores. At the Olympics we saw 4 scores over 100 and 2 scores over 105. The highest score at the Olympics was 111.68, the highest score today was a 101.94. __________________

Well, were those scores for the top skaters? Some of the top skaters were at Worlds.
Shoma must be worn out because that wasn't like his usual skating. __________________

Yuzu and Javi scored 11.68 and 107.58 in the short at the Olympics and they aren't at Worlds. Shomo and Jin both scored 104.17 and 103.32 at the Olympics so they scored belong that at Worlds. I thought I read that Shoma might have an injury.
Aliona and Bruno were even better at Worlds than they were at the Olympics in the long program and broke both the long program and the combined score world records. In the short dance Papadakis and Cizeron got a seasons best score. Also Madison and Zack scored a seasons best in the short dance as well, they broke 80. __________________
