FF Fantasy Football League Discussion

I’m kind of afraid to start this thread, considering that FF has crapped out twice recently. But, we’ll give it a try...

WE’RE BAAAAAAACK!!!! Post all discussion, trash talking, and venting about your fantasy teams here.

I’m still reeling from the fact that I lost by eight-tenths of a point to Dan’s team. Eight-tenths!!!! Damn, the Bears! Just one more pass to Desmond Clark, or, heaven forbid, a touchdown, would have given me the win! But, now I’m stuck with a .500 record. Man, this is a tough loss to swallow! You never expect to lose by fractions of a point.

Randy Moss, Peyton Manning, Ahman Green and LaDainian Tomlinson ALL had big numbers this weekend!

Oops! Yep, Harrison also had a big day. He was a major benefactor of a pathetic Saints defense that gave up SIX TD passes.

In fact you didn't ... stat-correction have given you those eight tenths, so we tied, would you believe. 12 players with decimal scoring, and we finish with exactly the same score. What are the odds? And of course, if either of us have faced anyone else this week, we would have gotten the win. Ugh, indeed.

Ah, yeah! That’s a pleasant surprise.

I’m sure it sucks for you, but I’d rather have a tie than a loss. But, how unusual is it to have two teams score the exact same points? I’ve never seen that before. Was the scoring screwed up before the MNF game, because I was behind by at least 13 pts. Desmond Clark gained some nice yardage, but not enough to overcome that deficit. Hey, I'll take it!

I’m glad to hear that I’m back above .500. With the number of points my team put up, it would have really sucked to have lost. Plus, you're right-- had we played any other team last week, we would have gotten the "W." Damn scheduling!

On the bright side, Ray-Ray and E play the Cardinals next week.

I’m afraid to even look at my team’s score after today’s game. I already know that I got toasted. It turns out that Kevin Faulk didn’t play due to injury, even though reports said he would start. Pfft! And I know my receivers didn’t do jack. Not a good day. At least Charles Woodson took advantage of Kordell’s erratic passes.

I was trailing by over 100pts going into the Monday game, close, got about 60 of them back

Lost a running back for the year, Alstott is done.

Ignore this - I found a decent bye-week QB on waivers. With Kitna on a bye and Holcomb injured, I was desperate for a QB, but thankfully Tim Couch was available.

Just wonderful.

As if my WR situation wasn't dismal enough, Charles Rogers breaks his collarbone in practice and is now out at least a month.

The only saving grace in all of this is that I get the bitch team this week.
