Wow! [img]smilies/eek.gif[/img] This story is disturbing on so many levels. First to do this to a teammate, and then the appalling details involved...yikes! You would like to think stuff like this doesn�t happen, but unfortunately it does. I remember watching Byears play college ball at DePaul. A great, charismatic player. Of course, I don�t think anyone would peg her to do something like this. But, then again, no one expects anyone to do this. I wonder which Sparks player was the victim of the alleged sexual assault. I�m sure we won�t find out until if and when the case goes to trial.

Out of everything I read about the gruesome details, I�m most disturbed by the objects used and the fact that pictures of the alleged attack were taken on a cellular telephone. If that�s true, those involved are incredibly stupid.

I just find it interesting that this news hasn�t made a big splash on the national scene. The WBNA is not as high profile, but this incident is still a huge deal.

Interesting isnt it that a spanking bet between a morning talk show host and sue bird will garner more attention than this.

Really disturbing, why wasn't this given big coverage on ESPN and other networks?
