Wow. The College Football Playoffs this year were brutal. Good for Clemson getting the win vs. Alabama, but man 3 blowout games was not what I expected. Especially in the title game. 44 points the Crimson Tide gave up yesterday. Incredible & they inexplicably botched a Field Goal attempt. Anyone watch the game?

Are all of you just about ready for some college football? Arkansas will play Portland St. in Fayetteville on August 31st. I know that Arkansas had a record of 2-10 overall last year with an 0-8 record in the S.E.C., but there really is no excuse to lose to Portland St. Their overall record was 4-7 last year & some of those losses were just awful. They gave up 63 points to Weber St., 48 to North Dakota, 59 to Eastern Washington, 66 to San Jose St., so if you're a fan of the Razorbacks they should win their first game this season. Arkansas did lose to Colorado St. & got blown vs. North Texas last year, so it's no guarantee they'll win vs. the Vikings later this month. Enjoy the start to this season everyone.

It's the Washington Huskies & they are going to have a new QB plus many other roster changes this year. Other than that I tend to cheer for underdogs.

The SEC did not look good today as a whole. BAMA/LSU/Georgia will have to carry the conference.

Tough loss for the Ducks though. Wow. I'm not sure how far those 3 teams will take the S.E.C. this year. I mean in theory if they do ''carry'' that conference that still won't guarantee each of them or any making the College Football playoffs. I will point out taht in the preseason National Poll this year that conference had 6 teams ranked. Florida & Georgia were the only ones ranked in their division though.

I think two teams are coming from the SEC again to make the playoff. Bama or LSU from the west and Georgia from the east. Florida looked like trash against Miami Georgia gonna crush them.

Clemson should come from the ACC. If the Lose to Texas a&m they might not make into the playoffs.

Pac 12 eliminated themselves last night.

Big 10 Ohio st. but they lose to these random teams an get blown out so I don't trust them.

Big 12 I wanna see Oklahoma make it because of Jalen Hurts.

Washington & California had a long weather delay earlier in Seattle. That game is currently in the 3rd quarter tied at 10 with the Huskies by the Cal goal line. If you're awake it's on FS1. Also, Tennessee is 0-2 for the first time since the 1980's.
