| #19. Field and J-Max better represent this season. __________________ "I am way curious as to how a Best Rapper Alive contest can include the likes of Soulja Boy Tell ‘Em, Shawty Lo and Flo Rida, but not list lyrical geniuses Rakim, MC Lyte, Chuck D, KRS-One or Slick Rick." | Are Tony Bobbit and James White playing for Cinci this year? Those guys always seem to be in some type of trouble so that's why I'm asking. -Will __________________ When people get the opportunity to talk about the real issues, it becomes clear how vacuous the present agenda is. | heh hick was suspended idefinately after being convicted of assualt,... Kirkland was convicted of a misdeamenor, awaiting team punishment,... James, florida transfer, seems to still be on the roster, suspended 3 times by florida Bobbitt, still has a penis, i think. Our QB, Gino guiduili, ompleted his 60 days of house arrest for assault. I think that is all at this time __________________ "I am way curious as to how a Best Rapper Alive contest can include the likes of Soulja Boy Tell ‘Em, Shawty Lo and Flo Rida, but not list lyrical geniuses Rakim, MC Lyte, Chuck D, KRS-One or Slick Rick." | Nice to see Colorado and Colorado State receiving votes. CSU gave Duke a scare in the NCAA Tourny. Be nice to see both teams back in the tournament. __________________ "If you can't beat these stiffs, you shouldn't be playing basketball."-Doug Moe, former head coach of the Denver Nuggets | |||

| Nice summary, Chris! It’s good to know that your boys stay out of trouble. If James White ever got his ***** together, he would be a great player. With his attitude, it probably won’t happen. Illinois is ranked No. 13 on that list. That’s nice to see. Unfortunately, I think that might be rating them a little too high. For as good as Dee Brown & Co. are, the loss of Brian Cook is going to hurt. I have some major questions about the Illini’s frontcourt heading into this season. There’s a lot of young potential there, so we’ll see how it goes. Brown will be the bombdiggity, though. Marquette, Cincinnati, DePaul, Louisville and South Florida will soon be playing with the big boys. They are making the move to the Big East in 2004-2005. Me likes. This move has the potential to be the top basketball conference in the nation, when you take into account that it already has the likes of Syracuse, UConn, and Pittsburgh. I’m sure DePaul will have a tough time getting to the Tourney with that type of conference schedule, but it will make for some great match-ups. __________________ "Government, even in its best state is but a necessary evil; in its worst state an intolerable one." | |||

| Brim, Matt Nelson at Colorado State is a real nice player. I think he'll end up a first round pick at the center position. Saw him play twice last year and very impressed. Plus he's a legit 7-footer. The Colorado St.-Duke game in the NCAA tourney last year was a great game, one of the best of the year. -Will __________________ When people get the opportunity to talk about the real issues, it becomes clear how vacuous the present agenda is. Yeah Matt Nelson is a very nice player. He's only downside is I think he needs to be more physical on the boards, he needs to use that 7 foot frame of his, if he does that he'll be one of the best in the country at his position. Can't wait for the David Harrison(Colorado's 7 foot center) and Matt Nelson go head to head this season. Going to that game for sure! __________________ "If you can't beat these stiffs, you shouldn't be playing basketball."-Doug Moe, former head coach of the Denver Nuggets | |||

I went to the CU-Texas Tech game in Boulder back in December of 2002 and CU got smoked. __________________ When people get the opportunity to talk about the real issues, it becomes clear how vacuous the present agenda is. | I just got back from the Vandy/IU game. No impressions were made tonight. On my way back from Memphis Saturday, I'm swinging around through Huntsville, AL to see Auburn take on Grambling. I'm not quite sure why they are playing in HSV, but I won't pass up AU bball. __________________ Sometimes, when I look at myself through the microscope of cold, hard objectivity, I think to myself, "God, you are awesome!" | Duke vs. Detroit was not the stomping I would have liked. My boys need to lose the cocky attitude if they're gonna do as well as they could this season. Let's hope that game opened their eyes a bit. __________________ "Clark's going to community college and Lana's staying here? Four years and they're not going to change one bit, huh?
