 The table is turning a little, sadly, in this 2nd set, for Andy and Laura, but it is still all to play for so still hope!__________________

 Ah, well. Can't have it all I suppose. Really wanted Laura to have a gold medal. Would have been awesome for her. It was a close match.  Still, Laura and Andy still get a silver medal each. __________________

So, so happy for Andy. He deserved that gold medal so much after Wimbledon.
 And he DESTROYED Fed, wow. Shame about the mixed doubles.  But hey, a silver is still nothing to be sniffed at. Especially considering Robson was basically a wildcard. |

Second gold medal for Denmark (
 )! Quite unexpectedly it didn't come from either our badminton boys or Jonas Høgh Christensen (who all won silver), but from our track cyclist Lasse Norman Hansen. Another brilliant day for us and we've actually reached the initial goal of eight medals, it's gonna be exciting to see if we can actually get more.__________________

So glad that Murray won the gold. He deserves it Did anyone else watch the men's 100???? Awesome. Loved seeing all the introductions before the race began. |
