I swear if he loses this match, I'm torching my Andy Roddick fan card. Not even just turning it in. I'm just going to light the sucker on fire and watch it burn.

I'm only .000000000001% kidding too. There's no excuse (other than injury) for not beating Tursunov's ass on decoturf in the US. None... and yet, he's struggling.

ETAA: At least during what looks like our final match together he wore something spiffy for me:

I can't believe that it's really our 6th!! This is awesome! I have to admit, I didn't get the title when I surfed in on the forum but after reading the last few posts on thread #5 I got it. I like it btw!

7-6, 6-7, 7-6? All tie-breaks? WTF?

Not a good start, not at all

but at least now there's hope that he'll play better tennis in his upcoming matches, plus, he might play Malisse next and Xavier is not bad at this whole chokin' thing himself

That was almost the worst loss of his career, I think.

Losing on a hard court in the US against someone ranked 94th? When he has multiple match points? When he's serving for the match? After just making a slam final, where he took strides in the right direction? That's not a choke... that's just bull ****.

And really, he didn't even win the match. Tursunov out-choked him and refused to win. Ugh.

The folks on ESPNRadio made it sound like he's still hitting his shots weak. Where the hell did the explosiveness go? Is there NO middle ground between being ridiculously wild and being ridiculously cautious?
