I don't wear a mask on my walks, either. I just can't. I don't feel like it'd be safe given the heat. But yeah, like you said, you hardly encounter anyone. I walked for over half an hour just now, didn't cross paths with any single person, but in the past, whenever I have, I've stepped off the sidewalk and onto the grass to make sure we're far enough apart.

Any other time, though . . . mask.

I just hate wearing it because it seems to make breathing harder (I have sinusitis and some breathing problems, at times) but I have to. Does it make anyone else break out, I feel like I have more acne since the pandemic started and it could be due to the constant mask wearing too?

Sarah, I think the breakout could be partially if the mask is especially tight or if you reuse it before washing? Oils/dirt get on the mask and then back onto your face when you rewear it maybe?

It's tough for me because my nose is always plugged up.

Hmm, I change it every day (and actually don't wear it for too long anyway) and it isn't tight. So, I don't even know why.

They're definitely not fun to wear, but do it. Safer for you, safer for everyone around you. It'll be annoying day-to-day but worth it in the long run.

No, Sarah, summer break is still going on for about a month and a half. But I'm going to have to revamp my entire curriculum this year. The way I've been teaching things for the past 9 years is going to change drastically. So much more is going to have to be online than ever before. It will be a challenge, so I have to start working on it earlier than later.
