I feel like every bone in my body is broken. My friend is a proper gym fanatic and he's super fit. We were there for 2 hours and I struggled walking home, I had to avoid steps in case I fell down or up them

I normally stay at the gym a while cause I find it relaxing, but not with my friend cause he had me working really hard. I had to do 10 lots of 3 sets with 10 seconds between each set. No wonder my friend is ripped
