I've never used the Ricola cough drops. Whenever I have a sore throat or cough I just use ones with thyme and coltsfoot, they are the best.

I usually suck on this sweet which has antibiotics in it, works wonders if consumed before the sore throat really hits.

I have a ulcer right now too.

Ugh. It's probably all the unhealthy food that I've been consuming, coming back to bit me in the butt.

I went to the gym and then met a friend for lunch (belated birthday celebration for her). It was good to catch up since she had a baby recently so I haven't seen her in a while.

I went for breakfast with a friend today and then we went to see Three Billboards Outside Ebbing Missouri which I thought was mediocre tbh and I'm baffled it got nominated for best picture and script.
