Fell better, Paulina.

I can relate. My throat is still a little sore and my nose still a bit stuffy. My energy levels have been decent, though. I get nervous with all these kids at school who are still sick, though. I don’t want to catch anything else on top of this flu I’m still recovering from.

Honestly, I don't get why some people send their kids to school while they are still sick really.

I think it’s just the pressure of missing school. Some parents feel like they’ll be judged harshly if they keep their kids home too long. But in a flu season like this, keep them home, please! Although it’s difficult for parents of younger kids to either take off work to stay home with them or arrange some sort of childcare.

Yeah, they probably don't want the kids miss too much school but in the end they usually end up becoming sicker and make other kids or teachers sick as well.

That's definitely true, but yeah they should keep at home until they got better.

Yes, true. It's not the easiest thing to deal with, especially if the kids are ill a lot and can't be taking off time from school each time that they fall sick. Nor the parents having to take off time from work or having to make alternate childcare arrangements.

It's the same as my office, one person falls sick and since we're all in close proximity, it's just a matter of time before others catch the bug and pass it along to others.

It's just an annoying cycle.
