I know that cons are notorious for not responding in a timely manner, but when money is involved like this, they really should. Hopefully you don’t run into any similar issues, Sarah.

You can still buy the Beliza meet and greet?!?!
Is that going to be a small meet and greet or like a panel? I can’t believe it if there are still ay small meet and greet tickets available for them. |

Guys, Starfury still didn't send the email for refunds when they said they would YESTERDAY, I emailed them and they're saying they're not legally obliged to do so and that the email will go out SHORTLY.
I AM AT THE END OF MY ROPE!!!!  I need this refund desperately cause I spent money I don't have buying the collide tickets, I am so scared because I'll now need to find a way to make some money if I don't get this refund, I really screwed up.__________________

I went down to see citizens advice today, there isn’t a lot I can do because the tickets are non refundable but they have said in writing via email that I will get a refund so I’ve contacted my bank today and I’m just waiting for an email back. They’re honestly so disgusting the way they’ve treated me, belittled me. I’m sick to my stomach over the whole thing. I’ll never go to one of their cons ever again in my life.
