I know! Anyone who tries to deny how much Clarke means to Bellamy at this point . . . what show are you watching?

But of course some people think he’s just being a big baby. God forbid the guy mourns and grieves and cries and struggles to figure out what to do now.

Okay, I feel better. Had to get that sarcasm off my chest.

Bellamy just anchored this episode for me. He carried the emotion and mirrored our emotion as the audience.

Ugh Abby was so frustrating to watch for so many reasons, her agreeing to turn Kane into a nightblood and put him into another body, she was convinced way too easy and also would Kane even want that??? Doubt it.

Not happy with Murphy either, he can’t just get away with that all because “oh that’s Murphy being Murphy” thing is, he would have let Bellamy die to save his own skin, any other character would get condemned for that.

Also obsessed with Diyoza, love Octavia again and Xavier is my boy, my fave new character easily.

Raven has a short memory, she’s done terrible things too, got the boys to electrocute Lincoln, made bombs, armed The 100, she’s enabled lots of death so she can sit the **** down.

I’ll have more to say on Echo tomorrow, I’ll post my episode thoughts properly then.

Abby is definitely one of the most frustrating characters this season, second only to Raven, IMO. Heather ripped Raven a new one in her review. Like you said, Becks, she’s done ****, from season 1 onward. And the only reason she doesn’t have as much blood on her hands is because other people have made the hard decisions instead of her. She’s acting like she’s a saint, and it’s really turning the audience against her.

I’m going to give my top 10 a go right now. Raven is falling two spots.

I wish I could say I had any idea what the writers are doing with Raven or why they’re writing her the way they are, but . . .

You know how we’re supposed to be doing the Best Actors list on the other board? She complicated mine. Because I want to put both her and HIC on there, but I’m out of room because I’m not leaving Bob, Eliza, Richard, and Marie off that list.

Not that anyone cares but when/if Bellamy breaks Echo’s heart it’s going to break mine. Think what you want about her but she loves him so much, she’d do anything for him, it’s gonna hurt. But I’m glad they aren’t making her look bad, and that’ll it’ll be more of a Bellamy realising he wants Clarke thing, kinda like how Stelena broke up, and I’m a sucker for a tragic love story. But needs must, I want Bellarke and this is all part of it.

Not sure where to put this, but, since it aired during the episode. I thought this would be the best place. I'm new, so, tell me if there would be a more appropriate thread.

During a commercial break, the TV affiliate aired a promo for Wizardworld in Philly. They showed pictures of the celebrity guests appearing this week.. Right in the middle of the bottom row was Arryn.

I would like to see Echo realize how much Bellamy loves and needs Clarke. She would do the right thing and step aside. I think that would go a long way to help the character.

Becks, I do agree that she loves him a lot.

Don’t get my hopes up, though! This is what I want to happen, because like Modo said, (hey, Modo! Glad to see you here!) I think it would probably be the most beneficial thing for Echo as a character. But I need to lower my expectations and brace myself for Becho continuing.

We only have 5 in common, Rita. I do like Madi and Lincoln, though. And I appreciate Octavia being a strong and complex character even if I don’t particularly like her these days.

I think I need to get off of the other board’s episode discussion thread.

That’s how I feel every week when Echo gets dragged, it’s rough when people view a character you love so differently to you, it sucks.

It’s not even that. The whole thing is just giving me flashbacks to when Jasper’s grief was dismissed by so many people and when he was labeled “weak” and just needing to “get over it.”

Oh I totally understand how that must be upsetting, for so many reasons. That whole “man up” attitude is so toxic. And when someone is struggling mentally/emotionally, the last thing they need to be told is to “get over it” I’ve been told that myself too, it’s incredibly insulting and insensitive.
