I honestly have no clue what the end of the season will hold for Bellarke. I doubt it’ll be an ILY or sex (prove me wrong, writers), but I have no idea what it’s going for except a shift in their dynamic.

I honestly don't want to speculate too much right now

... I feel like it's crucial to see what happens in the next 2/3 episodes first to see how far I see them going with romantic!Bellarke, by end of the season.

That’s probably wise. But there’s something to be said for the fact that, even though they’ve endured 6 years of separation and Bellamy’s in another relationship, I’ve never been more confident in getting romantic Bellarke at some point.
